We’re proud to be 100% employee-owned through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Unlike a traditional 401K, our ESOP program allows you to receive shares in the company as a retirement benefit without having to pay anything for stock ownership once you’re vested. That means you have a stake in the company’s success, and we work together to maximize the value we bring to our clients every step of the way.

In addition to our ESOP, we offer competitive hourly pay with potential for profit-sharing bonuses in the Spring and Fall and employee benefits, including Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD, and Life Insurance.
