WHere we started
Our service to the community dates back to 1924 when they roots of this great organization were planted. By the mid 1950’s the company was led by Duke Haldeman and Jack Homme, two visionaries committed to building up strong communities across healthcare and athletic facilities centering in academic environments. Renamed to H2I Group in 2019, our Minneapolis based company now has 18 offices across the county. Our work includes notable colleges and universities such as Denver Veterans Administration Hospital, Plano Sports Authority, Cherokee Nation Osteopathic Building, Cedar Point Sports Center, and hundreds of high schools across the country.
H2I Group offers in-house labor from our partner company Performance Installation. This team builds relationships. They are an extension of H2I Group with shared values because they either are, or are on the road to becoming, a company owner. This is possible because of our generous ESOP, employee stock ownership program. All installers receive excellent benefits and generous compensation packages. Many of them stay on and move into Project Management roles, transferring their hands on knowledge to ensure your entire project runs according to plan, and budget. With 15 offices and growing, across the USA and projects happening coast to coast we are always looking for smart, dedicated, positive people to join our team. Click below to learn more.
