WE ARE 100% EMPLOYEE-OWNED

We’re proud to be 100% employee-owned through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Unlike a traditional 401K, our ESOP program allows you to receive shares in the company as a retirement benefit without having to pay anything for stock ownership once you’re vested. That means you have a stake in the company’s success, and we work together to maximize the value we bring to our clients every step of the way.

WE OFFER COMPREHENSIVE BENEFITS

In addition to our ESOP, we offer competitive hourly pay with potential for profit-sharing bonuses in the Spring and Fall and employee benefits, including Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD, and Life Insurance. Through our Homme Education Foundation, we also offer the education benefits and options for college scholarship money to be granted to your children and grandchildren when you become an H2I Group employee or retiree.
