ABOUT THE PROJECT
Cristo Rey Jesuit High School is a Catholic high school located in Minneapolis, MN with students that come exclusively from families of limited economic means. The Ken Melrose Technology Lab (M-Lab) within the school provides space and equipment for Cristo Rey Jesuit to incorporate coding, computer-aided design (CAD), circuitry, audio/visual editing, videography, photography, and social media marketing into their curriculum.
H2I Group provided high-tech equipment for this lab including 3D printers, laser engravers, printers and cutters, CNC machines, STEM furniture, and other industry-related equipment and training to help prepare students for future careers and enhance access to STEM opportunities. The M-Lab prepares over 500 students per year for skilled in-demand jobs.
