H2I Group designed and installed a set of learning stairs for Schafer Richardson’s new downtown Minneapolis office, using white oak flooring and nosing. This custom staircase, installed on a large steel structure, serves as both seating and access to the second floor and is the central feature of their office. Our team handled the detailed engineering to integrate the wood with the steel, a unique challenge that was successfully navigated. The client was highly satisfied with the final product, which has become a standout element in their office space.
