ABOUT THE PROJECT
The University of Minnesota’s Ted Mann Concert Hall hosts many performances, concerts, as well as lectures. It was designed with acoustics as the highest priority. The auditorium is a traditional shoebox design with two tiers and raised mezzanine. H2I Group was asked to remodel and refinish the beautiful wood stage. We used custom one-inch red oak (5/4) lumber from Summit Hardwood. The expectations of the client were met and they were impressed with the end result.
