H2I Group delivered comprehensive laboratory solutions for the new Academic Sciences Building at Texas Tech University, a cutting-edge higher education research facility serving five departments within the College of Arts & Sciences. The building includes advanced environments such as a clean room and biosafety level 2 and 3 laboratories, requiring precise coordination and technical expertise. H2I Group supplied and installed laboratory casework, fume hoods, biosafety cabinets, countertops, service fixtures, and specialty equipment from more than 20 manufacturers, ensuring seamless integration throughout the space. The result is a modern, research-driven facility designed to support interdisciplinary collaboration, safety, and long-term performance.
2. UNIVERSITY OF MINNESOTA MICROBIAL FACILITY Minneapolis, Minnesota
A recent project at the University of Minnesota earns a spot on this list for its role in advancing biotechnology education and research. The Microbial Cell Production Facility is designed to support hands-on learning and scientific discovery in areas such as microbiology, bioprocessing, and applied life sciences. 3. DSST: Elevate Northeast Middle & High School Denver, Colorado
Within the new DSST Public Schools campus, H2I Group provided specialized laboratory solutions designed to support hands-on learning for both middle and high school students. Through detailed planning and coordination, laboratory bench systems, wood casework, and fume hoods were thoughtfully integrated into the existing structure to create a highly functional research environment. The Maricopa Institute of Technology STEM Building in Phoenix, Arizona, demonstrates how modern K-12 laboratory environments can support advanced science and technology education. With 19,000 square feet dedicated to chemistry, biology, and physics labs alongside spaces for robotics and 3D printing, the facility aligns directly with an engineering-focused curriculum. H2I Group supplied lab casework and ductless fume hoods to help create safe, flexible spaces that support hands-on learning and real-world application.
