Atsena Therapeutics is a clinical-stage gene therapy company. The project was a laboratory space focused on their mission of using the life-changing power of genetic medicine to reverse or prevent blindness. The client was interested in a flexible laboratory with casework, lab benches, and fume hoods that had a unified aesthetic. 

Since lead times and prices were increasing with most manufacturers during the time of the project, schedule and cost were both important factors as well. H2I Group addressed the fact that lead times and costs were increasing across the board and urged the client to move forward with the award as quickly as possible. The entire team helped to move this project along as quickly as possible, and the Project Manager kept the General Contractor informed throughout the project. There were some manufacturing delays and we provided consistent and realistic communication with the client.
