H2I Group played a vital role in transforming the site into a fully equipped, multi-sport athletic complex. The project included grading the site and installing irrigation across football, baseball, softball, and soccer fields. Fields were laser graded, topped with 6 inches of root zone over native soil, and finished with over 400,000 square feet of Celebration sod. For the baseball and softball areas, base aggregate, infield clay, and warning track material were installed to meet competitive standards.​

H2I Group also constructed a full track system, including fine grading, base aggregate installation, 3 inches of asphalt, and a professional surface layer. The team built four tennis courts and two basketball courts, each completed from grade with laser grading, base aggregate, 3 inches of asphalt, surfacing, and installation of posts, nets, and goals. The scope also included supplying and installing all athletic equipment, including scoreboards for football, baseball, and softball. Indoors, H2I Group provided and installed ceiling-mounted basketball goals, a divider curtain, and scoreboards, completing a high-functioning sports environment.
