ABOUT THE PROJECT
Enveda Bioscience’s new 49,000-square-foot laboratory and office building is focused on pharmaceutical research. Their breakthroughs and experiments are helping create a search engine for new drugs.
The two-story facility primarily features laboratory space on the second floor, with smaller labs and offices located on the first floor. H2I Group equipped the first floor with movable benches to provide flexible workspace configurations, as well as the second floor, for which we provided fixed casework, including Labconco fume hoods, and Symphony Benches.
Due to the building’s lower ceilings, extensive technical coordination was essential to ensure all lab furniture, ductwork, and fume hood elements fit within the limited ceiling height. The outstanding coordination and installation resulted in a successful project.
